iOS Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and support native iOS applications in accordance with Apple Human Interface Guidelines and industry-leading practices.

• Create and implement scalable, clean, and maintainable mobile architectures that align with business objectives.

• Work closely with Developers, Designers, and Product Managers to efficiently deliver high-value features.

• Engage in code reviews, testing, refactoring, and documentation to uphold high-quality standards.

• Diagnose and resolve performance, stability, and scalability challenges to ensure optimal user experiences.

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and assist in aligning priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

• Advocate for engineering best practices and take part in continuous improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of professional experience as an iOS Developer.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and Combine.

• Strong grasp of SOLID principles, design patterns, and mobile architectures such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Coordinators.

• Proven experience in refactoring code to enhance scalability, maintainability, and performance.

• Experience in integrating third-party frameworks in a decoupled and maintainable manner.

• Understanding of mobile security best practices and associated tools.

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes for mobile applications is highly advantageous.

• Capability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt in dynamic environments.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to propose improvements, share knowledge, and engage in technical discussions.

• Advanced proficiency in English to collaborate directly with stakeholders based in the US.
