Invoice Auditor – Disability Position

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage all freight and invoice audits using the FRED platform or alternative internal tools.

• Approve processes or address issues by making corrections in the platform, utilizing Issue Resolution, or via a Jira task within 48 hours.

• Conduct invoice duplication checks, account cleanup, manual entries, and tailored reporting.

• Effectively navigate and utilize Transporeon’s Freight Audit web platform and its support tools.

• Perform audits on freight invoices and shipment data, ensuring validity, accuracy, and cost calculations align with the terms outlined in the rate table.

• Enhance business processes for improved efficiency.

• Utilize knowledge of customer-specific needs and data processing.

• Inform the Audit Team Lead if the final deliverable cannot be completed within the specified timeframe.

• Engage with other teams through the JIRA platform.

• Interact with customers and carriers via the Transporeon Freight Audit web platform.

• Complete necessary actions in accordance with internal KPIs and finalize audits within the stipulated invoice payment terms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proof of disability is mandatory for the PWD position.

• Bachelor’s degree in Auditing, Logistics, International Economic Relations, Banking and Finance, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with logistics is advantageous.

• Prior experience in Finance or Auditing is beneficial.

• Intermediate proficiency in English.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Flexibility in adapting to various tasks.
