This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Establish and oversee a well-organized pipeline of investors, including family offices, venture capitalists, angel investors, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Engage in proactive outreach to present MaxAccelerate and its portfolio companies to suitable investors.
• Cultivate and sustain robust long-term relationships within the investor community.
• Monitor investor preferences, mandates, and activities to ensure timely and relevant engagement.
• Assist in preparing investor materials, pitch decks, and deal summaries for portfolio companies seeking capital.
• Organize investor meetings, calls, and follow-ups on behalf of the group and its companies.
• Aid in managing the fundraising process from start to finish for particular transactions.
• Maintain a CRM system to track investor contacts, deal flow, and interaction history.
• Identify and evaluate new companies and founders that might benefit from joining the MaxAccelerate group.
• Conduct outbound outreach to target companies across various sectors and regions that align with the group's thesis.
• Participate in events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the pipeline and represent the group.
• Assess inbound inquiries and perform initial evaluations for group leadership's consideration.
• Serve as a liaison between portfolio companies and the broader investor and partner network.
• Collaborate with internal teams to synchronize business development efforts with the group's unified technology and marketing ecosystem.
• Assist in internal communications and reporting related to investor relations activities.
• 1–4 years of experience in investor relations, business development, capital markets, or a similar field.
• Some familiarity with startup ecosystems, venture capital, private equity, or family office environments.
• Proven ability to establish and manage professional networks.
• Experience using CRM tools and maintaining organized pipelines.
