• Expand the investor segment of Paires

• Identify suitable family offices and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs)

• Initiate the first conversation effectively

• Connect investors with live mandates

• Prepare investors thoroughly prior to meetings

• Maintain your network through diligent efforts

• Cultivate and manage active allocator relationships

• Demonstrated ability to earn an allocator's trust with previous experience

• Developed your own book of business and have the capability to do it again

• Able to make early contributions

• Familiar with direct deals

• Qualify prospects with integrity

• Uphold discretion as a fundamental practice
