Investor Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform daily reconciliations of Clearing bank accounts.

• Execute daily tasks including wires and general ledger entries.

• Handle daily payoff remittances.

• Create Investor sale reports and facilitate loan transfers.

• Reconcile custodial accounts on a daily basis.

• Support the reporting and reconciliation processes for FNMA, FHLMC, and GNMA.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree in accounting or a related discipline is required.

• At least 2 years of prior experience in corporate accounting is necessary.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Bank Reconciliation, focusing on GSE Investor accounts, is essential.

• Experience with ICE/Black Knight MSP is required.

• Previous banking experience is preferred.

• Prior experience in the mortgage industry is required.
