This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Comprehend customer requirements and deliver sales and services related to wealth and investment for BMO customers or potential clients.
• Offer guidance to customers on wealth and investment strategies and products that align with their objectives.
• Execute sales and service tasks for customers in line with established procedures.
• Initiate outbound calls to customers and proactively seek opportunities to improve customer experience by suggesting relevant products.
• Keep updated on consumer needs, industry trends, best practices, and the regulatory framework pertinent to the products.
• Deliver high-quality professional sales and service for inquiries, issues, and requests from customers and prospects.
• Meet sales targets with an emphasis on pertinent investment products.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of investment markets, practices, and trends.
• Generally possess 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• A post-secondary degree in a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or IFIC course / IIROC licensing as an Investment Representative.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Understanding of trends and offerings in the competitive marketplace.
• Familiarity with BMO Investment and BMO InvestorLine products and services.
• Basic knowledge of Risk Management & Compliance.
• Specialized knowledge in the relevant field.
