📋 Description

• Develop realistic PowerPoint assignments derived from personal deal experiences, which includes constructing presentations from source documents, populating corporate templates, updating decks, and making accurate edits.

• Methodically work through each assignment to derive a clear and correct response.

• Craft precise yes-or-no checklists that enable an AI evaluator to assess submissions.

• Participate in the 30-minute group walkthrough session.

• Create and submit one original assignment based on personal work in roughly 45 minutes.

• Provide the brief, actual input files, a written expected outcome, and at least five binary rubric evaluations.

• Address any revision requests through the designated account.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in M&A, ECM, DCM, or leveraged finance at a banking institution or advisory boutique.

• Extensive hands-on experience with PowerPoint, including the use of native charts, tables, and corporate templates.

• Capability to define a correct presentation in sufficient detail for another individual or an AI evaluator to assess.

• Strong writing skills; tasks must be composed by the candidate instead of AI tools.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Willingness to acquire knowledge in AI and data concepts.
