Investigator Support Assistant – Italian Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Informing investigator sites, sponsors, and affiliates about laboratory results

• Monitoring, tracking, and resolving accession holds

• Assisting sites and sponsors with project-related inquiries via phone and email

• Ensuring effective and timely communication with management

• Tracking and reporting metrics as specified by management

• Recording all service failures and escalating issues when necessary

• Serving as a liaison for both internal and external clients

• Quickly addressing patient safety concerns

• High school diploma

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service

• Proficiency in English and Italian
