This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
β’ Engage with candidates to gather supporting documents or information prior to the background screening process.
β’ Assist candidates with the dispute process or consumer statement section.
β’ Utilize the internal system for entering information related to leads.
β’ Required to acquire FCRA certification and maintain basic certification.
β’ Provide support for the RFI process through email or phone communications.
β’ Explain the procedures to candidates, guiding them through the system effectively.
β’ Handle incoming calls from candidates.
β’ Previous experience in customer service, particularly in handling high-volume inbound calls.
β’ Proven ability to respond to escalated calls or customer complaints and provide resolutions.
β’ Understanding of the FCRA and capability to successfully complete the FCRA Basic Certification Program.
β’ Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and procedures while exercising sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
β’ Excellent communication abilities.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, internet usage, and various computer applications.
β’ Strong time management skills, capability to multitask, and attention to detail.
β’ Competent in computer usage and typing.
