This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.

📋 Description

• Daily visits to stores to ensure the proper functioning of security devices and to reinforce prevention protocols with store personnel;

• Oversight of both daytime and nighttime guard services through patrol channels;

• Conduct internal investigations regarding breaches of conduct, non-compliance with processes, and anonymous complaints in stores;

• Perform risk assessments for both new and established stores to recommend preventive and deterrent measures.

• Provide support and coordination with various service providers requested by the stores (SERVICECHANNEL platform);

• Assist branches in response to natural disasters.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 years of experience in fraud investigations, risk analysis, and supervision of security guards.

• University student in fields related to security, criminology, criminalistics, and/or psychology.

• Experience in emergency response.

• Availability to work flexible hours and to travel.
