
Inventory Support Specialist – Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensure that the clinic adheres to best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) concerning inventory management, storage, and discrepancy tickets.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by collaborating with personnel in clinics, warehouses, and the Inventory team.
• Oversee the department inbox for all vendor invoices as shipments take place.
• Accurately enter inventory information into inventory management systems or ERP platforms.
• Verify all tracking numbers to confirm that purchased products have been delivered and checked in at the clinic.
• Conduct weekly follow-ups with stores to review all outstanding dashboard items.
• Manage communication regarding back-end transfers between clinics.
• Assist with month-end inventory reconciliation and follow-up on cycle count audits.
• Provide additional support to the department as needed.
• A high school diploma or GED is required; an Associate degree in supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, retail operations, or a healthcare/medical office environment.
• Experience in supporting multiple locations, such as medical clinics, is advantageous.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and software (e.g., ERP or clinic-specific platforms).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (e.g., utilizing spreadsheets for inventory tracking).
• Solid working knowledge of Google Workspace (G Suite), including Google Sheets, Docs, Forms, and Drive for inventory tracking, reporting, and collaboration.
• Understanding of basic inventory control procedures and principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with clinic and retail staff.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
