Inventory Specialist – DTC E-commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage inventory levels across various sales channels

• Align stock with demand and fulfillment requirements

• Utilize AI tools to enhance forecasting, reporting, and data analysis

• Identify opportunities where AI can enhance speed, accuracy, or decision-making processes

• Go beyond basic tools like ChatGPT, exploring methods to incorporate AI into daily operations

• Predict demand based on sales patterns and forthcoming promotions

• Create and manage purchase orders to maintain a steady flow of inventory

• Monitor inbound shipments to ensure timely deliveries

• Maintain regular communication with suppliers and fulfillment partners

• Analyze product costs, inventory turnover rates, and purchasing trends

• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to enhance profit margins

• Transform inventory and purchasing data into actionable insights

• Identify inefficiencies and resolve them proactively

• Coordinate sourcing, sampling, and quality assurance with internal teams

• Facilitate shipments for influencers and creators through effective coordination

• Prepare inventory and procurement reports that guide decision-making

• Ensure data is structured, organized, and user-friendly

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field

• Employs logical thinking and data-driven decision-making

• Proficient in working with spreadsheets, data files, and operational tools

• Familiar with fulfillment processes, shipment tracking, and necessary documentation

• Experience in demand forecasting and managing purchase orders

• Communicates effectively with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams

• Maintains organization while managing multiple tasks simultaneously

• Identifies issues promptly and resolves them efficiently

• Strong interest in AI, utilizing tools that go beyond basic prompts
