This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee and manage daily unfulfillable inventory reports within Amazon Seller Central.
• Categorize unfulfillable units based on their disposition type (customer damaged, defective, distributor damaged, carrier damaged, expired).
• Organize removal orders or disposal requests according to account strategies and client standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Recognize units that can be regraded or returned to sellable condition and manage repackaging processes.
• Keep precise records of counts, trends, and resolution actions related to unfulfillable units.
• Develop and maintain dashboards or trackers to communicate unfulfillable inventory key performance indicators (KPIs) to account managers and clients.
• Detect lost and damaged inventory at Amazon fulfillment centers utilizing Seller Central reports and the FBA inventory reconciliation tool.
• Submit and monitor claims with Amazon for units verified as lost or damaged by FBA.
• Follow up on pending claims until resolution and ensure receipt of reimbursements or replacements.
• Maintain a claims log detailing status, amounts, and outcomes.
• Reconcile shipped quantities against those received by Amazon for all inbound shipments.
• Identify and document short-receives, over-receives, and missing units.
• Submit research requests and claims for inbound discrepancies within Amazon's specified timeframes.
• Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL), prep centers, or direct suppliers to resolve carrier-related discrepancies.
• Monitor stranded inventory reports and ascertain root causes (listing suppressed, listing deleted, pricing errors, compliance holds). Resolve listing-related issues in partnership with catalog or content teams to reactivate stranded units.
• Escalate unresolved stranded cases to Amazon Seller Support or account management for decisions on removal or disposal.
• Track the aging of stranded inventory and flag units nearing long-term storage fee thresholds.
• Review reimbursement reports to identify unclaimed reimbursements for lost, damaged, or destroyed units.
• Cross-check reimbursement data against removal orders, lost claims, and shipment records to identify discrepancies.
• File manual reimbursement cases through Seller Central or via applicable third-party audit tools.
• Track reimbursement recovery amounts on a per-ASIN and per-account basis and provide monthly reports.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Amazon FBA inventory operations (Seller Central or Vendor Central).
• Proven experience with unfulfillable inventory workflows, removal orders, and disposition management.
• Proficient in using Amazon's FBA inventory reports, reconciliation tools, and Seller Support case management.
• Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets—capable of creating and maintaining reconciliation trackers and exception logs.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases and SKUs concurrently.
• Comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
• Excellent written communication skills in English—able to craft clear Seller Support cases and internal updates.
• Preferred experience with third-party reimbursement or audit tools (e.g., GETIDA, Helium 10, Seller Investigators).
• Knowledge of Amazon's reimbursement policies and claim timelines for FBA lost, damaged, and inbound shipment claims.
• Experience managing multiple seller accounts or working in an agency/managed services environment.
• Background in eCommerce operations, supply chain, or logistics.
• Experience in creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) or process documentation for inventory exception workflows.
