This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Barbados.

šŸ“‹ Description

• Develop, populate, and sustain divisional purchasing KPI dashboards across four distinct business units.

• Implement standardized measurement methodologies across units utilizing various systems.

• Address data-classification and data-integrity challenges.

• Maintain market intelligence and vendor performance reports, including supplier scorecards and category analyses.

• Compile pricing benchmarks and aggregate spend analyses to aid in supplier negotiations.

• Execute demand plans and compare them against ERP replenishment outputs.

• Analyze inventory levels and recommend appropriate stock levels, safety stock, and reorder points.

• Identify slow-moving, aged, and obsolete inventory, and assist in corrective measures.

• Facilitate inventory-record cleansing and data preparation for the division’s ERP implementation.

• Monitor forecast accuracy and service-level performance, reporting any deviations along with their causes.

• Assist with additional projects within the Divisional Purchasing department.

• Report directly to the Divisional Purchasing Manager.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, statistics, economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Two to four years of experience in inventory planning, demand planning, supply chain analysis, procurement analysis, or a similar data-analytical role.

• Experience in a distribution, retail, or multi-location environment is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of inventory and demand planning fundamentals.

• Familiarity with basic statistical and forecasting methodologies.

• Experience with ERP or inventory planning systems is essential.

• Exposure to MRP/DRP-type replenishment logic is an advantage.

• Proficient in advanced Excel and possess strong data-handling skills, including the ability to work with formula-driven workbooks and data consolidation from multiple systems.

• Capable of designing and building reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools such as Power BI.

• Ability to extract and query data from business systems; knowledge of SQL or similar is a significant advantage.

• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Supply chain or inventory certification such as APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP is a plus.

• Analytical, detail-oriented, self-motivated, rigorous, proactive, collaborative, adaptable, confidential, solution-oriented, and an effective communicator.
