This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of comprehensive inventory oversight, purchase order coordination, and supply chain management across essential sales channels.
• Guarantee that inventory is strategically planned, ordered, tracked, received, and allocated accurately across Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), Business-to-Business (B2B), Walmart, and fulfillment centers.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, fulfillment partners, and channel partners to ensure seamless inventory movement.
• Oversee monthly purchase order planning, submission, tracking, and vendor confirmations.
• Keep a close watch on inventory levels across all fulfillment centers and active SKUs.
• Conduct daily assessments of key SKUs and promptly escalate any risks of stockouts.
• Anticipate demand for DTC, B2B, and Walmart as a focused channel.
• Manage Walmart's inventory requirements through RJW and SPS Commerce processes.
• Input reports into the forecasting tool and evaluate inventory suggestions.
• Lead weekly discussions to assess purchase orders, production, and shipping activities.
• Track incoming shipments and verify that inventory is received at the appropriate location.
• Coordinate inventory allocation among fulfillment centers and channel requirements.
• Maintain precise records of purchase orders, inventory, shipments, and forecasts.
• Oversee the development of new SKUs, pricing, and production schedules.
• Record updates, risks, action items, and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, logistics, or ecommerce operations.
• Practical experience with Walmart operations, particularly in forecasting and inventory planning.
• Proficient in using SPS Commerce for EDI, order management, or shipping workflows.
• Familiarity with purchase orders, inventory tracking, shipment timelines, and vendor follow-ups.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Google Sheets for inventory tracking and analysis.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Capable of identifying stockout risks, shipping delays, and inventory issues proactively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Availability to work full-time in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
