Intune IT Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Oversee, sustain, and provide support for Microsoft Intune in the areas of endpoint management, MDM, MAM, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment.

• Administer, sustain, and support Windows Autopilot, Windows Update for Business, BitLocker, and endpoint provisioning processes.

• Architect, execute, and uphold secure endpoint management and identity solutions in alignment with Microsoft security best practices.

• Oversee, sustain, and support Microsoft Entra ID, covering user lifecycle management, Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), identity governance, and hybrid identity services.

• Administer, sustain, and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Apps.

• Manage, maintain, and support Microsoft Defender technologies, such as Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, and Microsoft Defender XDR.

• Develop, sustain, and enhance PowerShell automation and Microsoft Graph API integrations.

• Offer technical guidance and second-level support for intricate Microsoft client platform incidents and service requests.

• Diagnose and resolve escalated issues linked to identity services, endpoint management, Microsoft 365 services, authentication, device compliance, and security.

• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Networking, and Service Desk teams.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, standards, and best practices.

• Engage in platform upgrades, migrations, new technology implementations, and initiatives aimed at continuous service enhancement.

• Contribute to disaster recovery planning, testing, and platform resilience activities.

• Remain updated on emerging Microsoft technologies, cloud services, and security trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.

• Extensive experience in administering Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).

• Profound knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.

• Experience in managing Windows Autopilot, Windows Update for Business, and endpoint security technologies.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and adherence to Microsoft security best practices.

• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API is advantageous.

• Solid understanding of Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Group Policy, DNS, and hybrid identity.

• Knowledge of Apple Business Manager, Managed Google Play, and cross-platform endpoint management is a plus.

• Strong grasp of Zero Trust security principles and identity-driven security.

• Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical abilities, capable of resolving complex technical challenges.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to operate independently or collaboratively within a team.
