Interview Engineer

📋 Description

• Conduct technical interviews with software developers from around the globe.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience while assessing their fundamental coding abilities and technical knowledge.

• Offer feedback on the candidate's performance, coding style, communication skills, responses to knowledge questions, and coding methodologies.

• Collaborate with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Exceptional English communication skills (both written and spoken) with a strong sense of professionalism and interpersonal abilities.

• Consistent access to a functional webcam, microphone, and a reliable Internet connection.

• Previous experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., knowledge of data structures and algorithms).
