Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews using Karat's platform.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience while assessing their core coding abilities and technical knowledge.

• Offer feedback on the candidate's performance, coding style, communication abilities, responses to questions, and coding strategies.

• Work in partnership with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, showcasing a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal abilities.

• Consistent access to a functioning webcam, microphone, and a reliable Internet connection.

• Prior experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred, particularly in areas such as data structures and algorithms.
