Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Conduct technical interviews using Karat's platform

• Ensure a positive experience for candidates while assessing their fundamental coding abilities and technical knowledge

• Offer insights on candidates' performance, coding style, communication skills, responses to technical questions, and coding methodologies

• Partner with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products

• Foster inclusive hiring practices by reducing bias, enhancing hiring signals, and conducting objective assessments

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer

• Strong English communication skills (both written and oral), demonstrating professionalism and interpersonal effectiveness

• Consistent access to a functional webcam, microphone, and reliable Internet connection

• Prior experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., data structures, algorithms)

• Resume must be submitted in English

• Candidates should be based in Chile
