Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews using Karat's platform.

• Ensure a positive experience for candidates while assessing their core coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Offer feedback on the candidate's performance, coding style, communication proficiency, responses to technical questions, and overall coding strategy.

• Partner with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Strong English communication abilities (both written and verbal) with a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal skills.

• Consistent access to a functional webcam, microphone, and a reliable Internet connection.

• Prior experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., knowledge of data structures and algorithms).
