Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Conduct technical interviews with software developers using Karat's platform.

• Ensure a pleasant candidate experience while assessing essential coding skills and technical expertise.

• Offer insights on candidate performance, coding style, communication abilities, responses to knowledge questions, and coding methodologies.

• Collaborate with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

• Develop inclusive hiring practices by reducing bias, enhancing hiring signals, and conducting objective assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal) with a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal effectiveness.

• Consistent access to a functioning webcam, microphone, and reliable Internet connection.

• Resumes must be written in English.

• Prior experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., data structures, algorithms).
