This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Liechtenstein.

📋 Description

• Professionally answer calls during interpretation sessions.

• Accurately convey all messages in their entirety without adding or omitting any information.

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

• Enable communication between clients with limited English proficiency and service providers.

• Report to the team leader and adhere to dress code standards for video remote interpreting.

• Seeking professional remote interpreters for German to English interpretation.

• Must adhere to the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Familiarity with specialized vocabulary in healthcare and medical sectors is essential.

• Required to complete internal professional training and acquire new certifications as necessary.

• Must have a dedicated, high-speed, and private internet connection.

• Minimum download speed of 20 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps is required.

• Computer must run Windows 10 with at least 8 GB of RAM.
