Interpreter, English – Norwegian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a professional manner, adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Always be ready to take notes during a call.

• Accurately and completely convey all messages without adding, omitting, or altering any information.

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the interpreting process.

• Facilitate effective communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and Clients by providing accurate interpretations of messages.

• Participate in internal professional training and pursue new professional certifications eagerly.

• Communicate and provide updates to your team leader.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional remote interpreters fluent in both Norwegian and English.

• Familiarity with industry-specific vocabulary, particularly in healthcare and medical terminology.

• Experience in interpreting and ensuring transparent communication during calls.

• Ability to meet technical requirements, including a dedicated high-speed internet connection and necessary hardware.
