This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Serve as an English interpreter, providing customer service and support.

• Facilitate positive interactions with customers across various channels.

• Offer outstanding customer service while addressing and resolving customer issues.

• Engage in structured full-time work schedules of 36, 40, or 42 hours per week.

⛳️ Requirements

• Language proficiency: English C1.

• Educational requirement: High school diploma (either physical or digital copy needed).

• Availability: Must be available full-time for our structured schedules (36, 40, or 42 hours per week).

• A strong enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service coupled with a problem-solving approach.

• Work experience: Not mandatory.
