K'iche to English Interpreter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.

📋 Description

• Deliver precise and prompt interpretation services between patients and healthcare professionals.

• Conduct both simultaneous and consecutive interpretation.

• Ensure the correct application of medical terminology.

• Promote clear and culturally sensitive communication in healthcare environments.

• Support essential communication in both medical and legal contexts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Kiche and English.

• At least 3 months of professional interpretation experience.

• Demonstrated knowledge in Medical or Legal fields.

• Availability for OPI/VRI or scheduled assignments.

• Strong listening, note-taking, and memory retention abilities.

• Professional setup that adheres to HIPAA standards.

• Wired USB headset equipped with noise-canceling technology.

• Minimum upload speed of 10Mbps and download speed of 20Mbps.
