Senior SAP FI Localization Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Luxembourg.

📋 Description

• Oversee the collection of financial requirements and the analysis of AS-IS / TO-BE processes for the Luxembourg localization.

• Configure and tailor SAP ECC / S/4HANA financial modules: FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, and Tax.

• Implement and verify statutory reports necessary in Luxembourg, including eCDF, VAT returns, SAF-T, and the FAIA file.

• Create functional specifications for RICEFW customizations, interfaces, and tax reports.

• Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) alongside key users.

• Deliver advanced Level 3 (N3) support during go-lives and the post-implementation phase.

• Collaborate with global IT and business teams to ensure alignment with the enterprise architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of extensive experience in SAP FI projects.

• Demonstrated knowledge of Luxembourg tax and accounting regulations.

• Familiarity with VAT processing, eCDF integration, SAF-T/FAIA files, and the PCN chart of accounts.

• Advanced expertise in SAP FI-GL (General Ledger).

• Advanced expertise in SAP FI-AP (Accounts Payable).

• Advanced expertise in SAP FI-AR (Accounts Receivable).

• Advanced expertise in SAP FI-AA (Asset Accounting).

• Experience with migration or greenfield projects in S/4HANA Finance.

• Fluent English is essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills for negotiations and workshop facilitation.

• Official SAP FI / S/4HANA Finance certification is preferred.

• Integrated knowledge of SAP SD, MM, and CO modules is preferred.

• Experience in multi-country projects is preferred.

• Experience in global SSC (Shared Services Center) environments is preferred.

• Knowledge of French or German is preferred; no specific proficiency level is required.
