This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Analyze business impact assessments alongside continuity strategies and testing of established business continuity plans — how do we respond in a crisis? Are we adequately prepared?

• Assess and evaluate new risk management solutions (such as process enhancements, methodologies, tools, etc.)

• Assist the risk management team in organizing and facilitating workshops — both internally and with our partners throughout the organization

• Aid in the deployment of new risk management tools and visualizations across various teams and structures to enhance current workflows or create new operational routines

• Recognize user requirements and formulate clear and structured backlogs based on key results

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Finance, Risk Management, Economics, Business Administration, or Information Technology / Software Development

• Proficient in both German and English

• Excellent analytical abilities and a strong capacity for teamwork, approaching tasks in a well-organized and independent way

• Internship duration: 6 months, 35 hours per week

• Compensation: €13.90 per hour

• Working student position duration: 6 months (with the possibility to extend up to two years), 20 hours per week, up to 35 hours per week during semester breaks

• Compensation: €17.80 per hour
