Internship – Social Media, Content Marketing & Customer Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop engaging content for social media platforms.

• Oversee community management activities.

• Deliver exceptional customer service.

• Collaborate with the team to create content such as DIY projects and giveaways for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.

• Proactively enhance UGC initiatives and fortify partnerships with influencers.

• Address customer inquiries and provide decorating advice to potential customers via email and phone.

• Assist in decoration projects at prominent venues and with influencers.

• Share your own creative ideas for social media campaigns and viral marketing efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Design, or Marketing.

• Preferably possess some practical experience in online and social media marketing, as well as the e-commerce field.

• Proficient in written and spoken German.

• Comfortable engaging directly with customers.

• At ease in front of the camera and eager to participate in our social media campaigns.

• Capable of confidently contributing innovative ideas.

• Open to hands-on involvement and engaging with people for viral marketing initiatives.

• Previous internships are preferred.

• Commitment to at least a 3-month internship duration.
