• Help optimize application documents and gain valuable insights from counseling sessions with actual clients.

• Engage in potential analyses, assist in the preparation of coaching sessions, and acquire first-hand experience in professional client support.

• You are pursuing a degree in business psychology, business administration (BWL), communication, or a related field—preferably with a specialization in HR or marketing.

• You demonstrate a structured working style, take the initiative, and approach tasks with analytical and solution-oriented thinking.

• You possess a strong motivation to learn new subjects and actively engage in projects.

• You have an interest in digital tools and processes—whether you are already utilizing AI applications like ChatGPT or are eager to explore them with us.

• You present yourself as reliable and open, enjoying collaborative professional environments.

• You are adept in using standard MS Office applications.
