This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will provide active support for operational sales and assist in converting inquiries into well-structured deals.
• Collaborating closely with the Sales team, you will gain valuable insight into actual customer projects from the initial inquiry to the proposal stage.
• Managing incoming leads (inbound) within the CRM HubSpot.
• Organizing and maintaining deal information effectively.
• Aiding in the preparation of proposals and quotes.
• Conducting research on products, suppliers, and solutions.
• Preparing customer inquiries for subsequent processing.
• Assisting with follow-ups and basic customer communications.
• Ensuring all pertinent information is thoroughly documented.
• You are currently pursuing a degree, such as in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and seek to gain hands-on experience in sales.
• You have a structured working style and possess a keen attention to detail.
• You are dependable and complete tasks with thoroughness.
• You have an interest in sales processes and entrepreneurial endeavors.
• You are communicative, though a traditional sales personality is not a requirement.
• Previous experience with CRM tools or in sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
• 100% remote work.
