Founder's Associate – Renewable Energy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Take charge of coordinating suppliers and vendors.

• Oversee the entire recruitment process from start to finish.

• Collaborate with CPAs to manage financial processes across multiple entities.

• Supervise property management activities spanning three states.

• Manage the executive inbox and travel arrangements.

• Ensure that all operational areas are functioning autonomously within 30 days.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a Chief of Staff, Founders Associate, Operations Lead, or senior Executive Assistant position at a seed-to-Series B startup (fewer than 100 employees).

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage external suppliers, vendors, or contractors, including high-volume outbound phone coordination.

• Practical experience in financial coordination across one or more entities, including expense management, budget tracking, and acting as a liaison with CPAs/accountants.

• Proven history of establishing operational workflows and systems from the ground up in an unstructured, early-stage setting.

• Experience in managing candidate pipelines from end to end, including scheduling, follow-ups, and conducting screening calls.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools with strong prompting skills to generate polished and accurate written output.

• Proficient in English at the C1+ CEFR level for client-facing supplier and stakeholder communications.

• Nice-to-Have: Experience in property management or real estate operations, including contractor coordination, insurance, and property taxes across multiple locations.
