This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Take ownership of the quarterly planning rhythm, business reviews, KPI tracking, and forecasting for the Delivery organization.
• Create executive dashboards that leadership utilizes to monitor operational, financial, and organizational performance in real-time.
• Conduct executive performance reviews that foster accountability throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with the CDO to convert enterprise strategy into actionable operational plans, facilitating the execution of enterprise priorities while effectively navigating ambiguity and changing priorities with sound judgment.
• Lead or coordinate strategic initiatives and special projects that encompass multiple business lines or necessitate executive sponsorship.
• Manage operational readiness across Operations, Product, and Technology for new clients, acquisitions, and evolving delivery models.
• Recognize risks and address cross-functional obstacles before they impede execution.
• Assist business line leaders in reaching operational, financial, quality, and growth goals by proactively identifying risks, resolving cross-functional challenges, and enhancing execution.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business line leaders—helping prioritize initiatives, tackle complex operational issues, and eliminate barriers to execution.
• Employ process-improvement techniques (Lean Six Sigma or equivalent) to standardize and scale operations throughout Delivery.
• Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change management as the organization evolves.
• Establish governance processes that facilitate scalable execution across both current and future business lines.
• Aid in the support of SOPs and processes throughout delivery organizations.
• Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, managed care, or related service-delivery sectors—covering both operations and data/analytics.
• Experience in operational oversight, including managing operations and designing workflows, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Direct experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or population health programs.
• A proven history of designing and scaling complex programs within tight deadlines.
• Strong capabilities in KPI development, executive dashboarding, and data-driven decision-making.
• Expertise in process improvement (Lean Six Sigma or equivalent) with demonstrable results.
• Exceptional executive-level communication skills—adept at preparing board materials and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or PMP certification is a plus.
• Base pay range: $130,000-150,000.
