Werkstudent Founders Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assisting the founders with strategic and operational matters

• Independently managing and executing various projects

• Conducting research and compiling information to support business decisions

• Preparing analyses, presentations, reports, and decision-making templates

• Analyzing company metrics and deriving actionable recommendations

• Supporting projects in sales, operations, marketing, and business development

• Analyzing and enhancing existing internal processes

• Coordinating and tracking important projects and tasks

• Researching new business opportunities, markets, tools, and technologies

• Assisting with urgent operational challenges that arise

• Utilizing AI and automation tools to streamline processes and tasks effectively

⛳️ Requirements

• You are currently enrolled at a university or college

• You have an interest in entrepreneurship, business development, and economic contexts

• You possess a quick grasp of concepts and can independently familiarize yourself with new topics

• You work in a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented manner

• You have a strong personal quality standard and take responsibility for your tasks

• You are analytically strong and can quickly comprehend and present information clearly

• You are digitally savvy and adapt quickly to new tools and systems

• Ideally, you have prior experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar applications

• You view AI as a tool and can assess when tasks can be more efficiently solved through AI or automation

• Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is advantageous

• You possess excellent German language skills, both written and spoken

• Prior experience with automation tools like Make or n8n is a plus, but not a requirement.
