This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Champion international new business development across the retail and brand sectors.
• Formulate and implement strategies for market entry and expansion.
• Identify and secure new client opportunities, overseeing the entire sales process from initial interaction to contract finalization.
• Establish, nurture, and sustain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Work in close collaboration with Operations and Technical teams to guarantee feasibility, cost accuracy, and seamless project transitions.
• Partner with Marketing to enhance positioning, presentations, and go-to-market strategies.
• Negotiate commercial agreements while ensuring that profitability targets are met.
• Keep abreast of market developments, competitor actions, and emerging trends.
• Represent ARIAN at international client engagements.
• Demonstrated experience in international B2B sales, preferably within print, POS, retail, or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven success in acquiring new clients.
• Strong commercial insight and negotiation abilities.
• Technical knowledge of production processes and materials.
• Strategic thinker with practical execution skills.
• Excellent proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally is essential.
