International Logistics, Freight Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and monitor maritime, air, and land shipments (LTL/TL).

• Manage the arrival of containers and coordinate deliveries with the warehouse.

• Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and carriers.

• Address issues related to transportation, documentation, and customs.

• Follow up on critical orders and potential supply chain risks.

• Prepare reports on logistics costs and operational performance.

• Keep logistical information updated in Odoo ERP and Excel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or international transportation.

• Experience in maritime, air, and land transportation (LTL/TL).

• Knowledge of import, export, and customs processes.

• Proficient in ERP systems (preferably Odoo) and advanced Excel.

• Advanced English proficiency.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Desired experience in optimizing logistics costs.

• Familiarity with international trade and supply chain management.
