This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Drive growth with international eCommerce clients throughout Europe.
• Manage and enhance strategic key accounts.
• Acquire new target customers.
• Position Mondi as the premier choice for eCommerce packaging solutions.
• Coordinate all commercial activities to achieve sustainable and profitable growth.
• Identify and secure new international eCommerce customers by managing a prioritized pipeline of prospects.
• Oversee the complete business development process from initial outreach to contract signing.
• Develop structured account plans with defined volume, margin, share-of-wallet, and innovation objectives.
• Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers across various business functions.
• Lead commercial negotiations, prepare value-driven proposals, and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasts.
• Ensure disciplined contract execution in accordance with Mondi’s pricing strategy and business processes.
• Act as the primary contact for key accounts by coordinating internal teams.
• Ensure timely, solution-oriented communication and effective resolution of service issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide customized solutions.
• Oversee successful trials and implementations.
• Continuously monitor eCommerce trends, packaging innovations, automation, sustainability requirements, and competitor activities to guide strategy and product development.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in Key Account Management or Strategic Sales, preferably within packaging, logistics, eCommerce, or FMCG.
• Demonstrated success in managing large international key accounts with complex structures and multi-site operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in new customer acquisition, negotiations, tenders, and long-term contracts.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Structured, data-driven, and focused on execution; capable of translating opportunities into tangible, measurable results.
• Comfortable working in an international, matrix environment and leading cross-functional teams without formal authority.
