International Customer Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Accurately process international customer orders utilizing SAP and Salesforce.

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding order status, shipment updates, delivery timelines, and necessary documentation.

• Address routine order discrepancies, delivery issues, and basic customer complaints.

• Prepare export documentation, which includes commercial invoices, packing lists, and instructions for bills of lading.

• Coordinate standard international shipments with freight forwarders, brokers, and logistics providers.

• Monitor shipments and proactively escalate any delays, documentation gaps, or non-standard requirements.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of customer, order, and shipment data while adhering to export procedures and record retention policies.

• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and support daily operational service levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• 2–4 years of experience in customer support, logistics, export operations, or order management.

• Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, EDI, or similar business systems.

• Preferred knowledge of international shipping, export documentation, and logistics processes.

• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
