• Promote the adoption of the Alveo Sense™ analyzer and assay portfolio throughout Asia (Singapore) or Europe.
• Design and implement a scalable channel strategy in Asia or Europe.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and contract top-performing distributors.
• Establish revenue targets and oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
• Foster new customer acquisition via channel partners.
• Expand operations into new countries and related veterinary verticals.
• Define clear performance expectations, KPIs, and commercial strategies.
• Conduct regular business assessments and territory planning sessions.
• Train distributor sales teams on value proposition, positioning, and competitive advantages.
• Assist in key in-market meetings and strategic customer interactions.
• Develop repeatable playbooks to ensure distributor success.
• Support complex, strategic agreements in priority accounts.
• Collaborate on pricing strategies, tender processes, and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate product launches and promotional activities across the region.
• Ensure CRM visibility and maintain pipeline discipline among partners.
• Provide structured market insights to Product and Marketing teams.
• Contribute to the global go-to-market strategy and plans for assay expansion.
• Work in partnership with Regulatory and Operations to facilitate country registrations and logistics.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success to ensure effective onboarding and customer retention.
• 8–12+ years of progressive commercial experience.
• Demonstrated success in managing international distributors.
• Experience in veterinary diagnostics, animal health, or related life sciences sectors.
• Strong skills in forecasting, territory planning, and channel performance management.
• Experience working across diverse countries and cultures.
• Willingness to travel internationally (40–60%).
• Experience in poultry production or avian health markets (Preferred).
• Background in molecular diagnostics or point-of-need testing (Preferred).
• Experience in launching new technologies in emerging markets (Preferred).
• Experience in high-growth or venture-backed companies (Preferred).
• Multilingual skills (knowledge of Asian or European languages is a plus) (Preferred).
