This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Cultivate, manage, and enhance customer relationships within the Cell Line Development sector.
• Propel revenue growth throughout the entire Solentim ecosystem, encompassing instruments, software, reagents, consumables, and service contracts.
• Identify, qualify, develop, advance, and finalize high-value sales opportunities within designated international territories and strategic accounts.
• Acquire in-depth account knowledge, comprehend customer workflows, map key stakeholders, recognize scientific, technical, and business challenges, and position Solentim solutions as a unique platform.
• Engage credibly with a diverse range of stakeholders involved in the purchasing process.
• Function with a structured and disciplined sales approach, including territory planning, account mapping, opportunity creation, pipeline development, and value-based selling.
• Collaborate with Field Application Scientists to evaluate customer workflows, prepare and conduct product demonstrations, and support evaluations.
• Actively contribute to market intelligence and voice-of-customer initiatives.
• Master’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong understanding of Biotech/Biopharma customer environments and scientific workflows.
• Experience in Cell Line Development, Cell Culture, Bioprocessing, and Process Development is highly preferred.
• Proven sales experience in Life Sciences, Biotech, Biopharma, scientific instrumentation, laboratory automation, reagents, consumables, software, and service solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to sell intricate scientific and technical solutions in multi-stakeholder customer environments.
• Strong consultative selling skills, capable of uncovering customer needs, quantifying pain points, and positioning distinct value.
• Proven track record of developing strategic account plans and managing international sales territories.
• Extensive experience in managing pipeline, forecasts, customer data, and sales activity through CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com.
• Ability to work effectively with Field Application Scientists, Inside Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Service, and Customer Service teams.
• Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to prioritize high-value opportunities.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional European or international languages are advantageous.
• Willingness and capability to travel extensively internationally, expected to be 50% to 75% of the time.
