This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Collaborate with the Internal Support Manager to establish and implement the vision for the Internal Support Team.
• Partner with internal personnel to develop effective support solutions.
• Conduct research to create and enhance service-related processes and solutions.
• Develop documentation outlining best practices for support.
• Streamline and automate existing processes.
• Investigate and implement new systems and tools to boost efficiency and scalability.
• Oversee the systems utilized by staff to carry out their responsibilities.
• Actively engage with cross-functional teams to foster relationships and rapport among both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Recognize potential challenges and recommend operational and security enhancements.
• Contribute to organizational initiatives aimed at optimizing functions, processes, and technology for Atlas Technica and its clients.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Highly organized with exceptional communication skills.
• Goal-driven individual.
• Demonstrated ability to creatively resolve problems.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies and infrastructure.
