This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Collaborate with the Internal Support Manager to formulate and implement the vision for the Internal Support Team.
• Partner with internal personnel to devise effective support solutions.
• Investigate and establish service-related processes and solutions.
• Develop documentation outlining support best practices.
• Streamline existing processes through automation.
• Research and implement new systems and tools aimed at enhancing efficiency and scalability.
• Oversee the systems utilized by staff to carry out their responsibilities.
• Actively engage in cross-functional efforts to foster relationships and rapport among both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Recognize potential challenges and propose improvements regarding operations and security.
• Contribute to organizational initiatives focused on enhancing functions, processes, and technology for Atlas Technica and its clients.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Highly organized, possessing excellent communication skills.
• Goal-oriented individual.
• Demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
