This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Enhance customer engagement and drive sales performance through effective face-to-face and virtual interactions within primary care accounts.
• Establish robust, compliant relationships with healthcare providers, advanced practice providers, care team members, and office/clinic personnel within designated accounts and health systems.
• Convey approved promotional and disease-state messages to promote appropriate use of Primary Care products and meet customer needs.
• Utilize knowledge of products, diseases, and the market to uncover opportunities, prioritize accounts, and support suitable care pathways, including coordinating across practice workflows as necessary.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to address customer needs, eliminate access barriers, and further Primary Care business goals.
• Employ digital tools and insights to plan, implement, and enhance primary care territory activities.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
• - Sales in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices
• - Marketing in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices
• - Healthcare provider experience aligned with therapeutic specialties
• Valid US driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards (any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from employment).
