This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Create at the Speed of Tech: Collaborate with GO&S leadership to transform high-level briefs into key messages, executing swiftly and accurately with minimal oversight.
• Drive the Narrative: Formulate and implement communication strategies for change management initiatives, ensuring that our colleagues can easily comprehend and adapt to changing processes and tools.
• Leverage Modern Tools & AI: Continuously investigate, test, and master new technologies, including AI and video editing platforms, to develop innovative, impactful campaigns.
• Design Bespoke Content: Go beyond traditional emails to produce captivating video content, interactive intranet pages, engaging newsletters, and exciting Slack updates.
• Own the Channels: Actively manage our primary GO&S communication channels, maintaining their relevance, organization, and engagement for a contemporary workforce.
• Collaborate & Connect: Foster strong relationships across teams to genuinely comprehend incoming communication requests and craft stories that resonate on a global scale.
• Measure & Pivot: Collect qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate the effectiveness of content, using those insights to continually refine and enhance your approach.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years in internal communications, content creation, or a related creative role, along with at least 2 years in customer service.
• Startup DNA: Background in the travel, tech, or SaaS sectors. You are accustomed to flexibility, thrive in a bit of chaos, and prefer agility to rigid corporate structures.
• Creator: A tech-savvy, digitally fluent communicator who excels in video creation/editing and is enthusiastic about leveraging AI to enhance employee experiences.
• Storyteller: An individual capable of transforming complex, dry information into compelling narratives and engaging content for a diverse audience.
• Agile Executioner: You possess a strong sense of ownership. You don’t require an extensive blueprint to begin; just provide the guardrails and a deadline, and you will take charge.
