Internal Communications Manager

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to both business and functional leaders, offering strategic guidance on communications that align with business priorities.

• Convert complex strategies into clear narratives that resonate with various audiences.

• Create and implement integrated communications strategies and plans, ensuring alignment of messaging, channels, and timing to enhance reach and effectiveness.

• Assess impact by using insights and data to continuously refine messaging and boost effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, ideally in communications.

• Over 8 years of experience in internal communications within a large, global organization.

• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.

• Expertise in communications tools and channel strategies across digital and employee platforms.

• Experience utilizing AI, including communication-specific platforms and practical applications.
