This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Customer consulting conducted over the phone.
• You will take charge of the phone screening process for incoming job requests in the trades sector, ensuring that only complete and reliable jobs are incorporated into the platform.
• You will establish quick and friendly contact with callers, even when they may be impatient or unclear.
• You will recognize patterns in unusable leads and independently enhance the qualification process.
• You will produce SEO-optimized content in line with the content plan, including blog posts, guides, and industry-specific topics related to the trades.
• You will craft Help Center articles, interview pieces, and other formats in impeccable German, specifically tailored to our target audience.
• You will independently update and optimize existing texts and templates when they are outdated or could benefit from improvement.
• A background in media studies, communication, journalism, German studies, or a related field is not mandatory but considered a plus.
• We welcome students, recent graduates, and career changers; the duration and workload (part-time or full-time) will be discussed openly and tailored to your needs.
• Native or near-native proficiency in German, both written and spoken, is essential.
• You should understand Swiss German without difficulty; active speaking skills are a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in French is a considerable asset and allows for more flexible assignments.
• You possess strong communication skills, are empathetic, and maintain a friendly and professional demeanor on the phone, even during challenging conversations.
• You demonstrate attention to detail and do not accept vague responses when qualifying leads.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset is crucial: you identify what needs to be done and take action without waiting for directives.
• An affinity for the trades or small businesses is an advantage but not a requirement.
