• Utilize our proprietary platform, third-party TMS, and ThoughtSpot analytics to monitor shipments, extract insights, and proactively manage exceptions.

• Review, audit, and dispute carrier invoices, including accessorials, demurrage, and per diem, with accuracy and supporting documentation.

• Execute essential administrative tasks: maintain shipment records, manage documentation workflows, generate daily exception and KPI reports, and uphold data integrity across systems.

• Assist with carrier onboarding, coordination, and relationship-building efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience collaborating with CBP, customs brokers, and freight forwarders on import/export shipments.

• Proficient in a multi-system environment; TMS expertise is required, with familiarity in analytics tools (ThoughtSpot, Power BI, or similar) being a significant advantage.

• Advanced Excel capabilities: including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, conditional formatting, and the ability to create organized operational trackers from scratch.
