Intermediate/Senior Business Analyst

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level (both written and spoken).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on complex business processes.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, along with solid analytical competencies.

• Good understanding of BA methodologies, specifically those based on PBI or IIBA standards.

• Familiarity with functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and traceability.

• Skilled in using requirements management tools, data modeling tools, and project management software.

• Experience within the software development life cycle (SDLC).

• Basic knowledge of IT systems.

• Capacity to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and foster positive working relationships.

• Experience with message queues or event-driven systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Service Bus is a plus.

• Familiarity with Docker or containerized environments is advantageous.

• Previous experience with CI/CD pipelines is beneficial.
