Interior Fit-Out Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create precise cost estimates for commercial interior fit-out projects.

• Develop and oversee tender submissions and quotations.

• Analyze project documentation, drawings, and specifications for pricing purposes.

• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to clarify pricing and scope.

• Prepare comprehensive take-offs and cost breakdowns.

• Assist in budget forecasting and project costing analysis.

• Generate job timelines and support project scheduling needs.

• Follow up with suppliers, trades, and clients regarding quotations, timelines, and project requirements.

• Facilitate communication and coordination during pre-construction and project initiation phases.

• Maintain precise project and estimating records.

• Expertly utilize Buildxact for estimating and project management tasks.

• Assist in configuring and optimizing Buildxact systems and workflows.

• Contribute to the establishment and enhancement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the platform.

• Train and guide the business on effective Buildxact usage and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in commercial interior construction fit-outs.

• Demonstrated experience in preparing:

• o Tenders

• o Quotes

• o Cost estimates

• o Project timelines

• Advanced knowledge of Buildxact and system management capabilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.

• Ability to handle multiple tenders and deadlines concurrently.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Highly regarded / advantageous:

• Experience coordinating directly with suppliers and subcontractors.

• Prior experience in improving business systems and workflows.

• Understanding of construction scheduling and project coordination processes.

• Familiarity with commercial construction documentation and drawings.
