Interior Designer – Office Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop a comprehensive interior design concept for the office from the ground up.

• Craft the design while adhering to our company’s brand guidelines and corporate identity.

• Analyze office photos, videos, measurements, and floor plans.

• Design the office layout and offer suggestions for furniture arrangement.

• Recommend color schemes, materials, lighting, furniture, décor, and the overall aesthetic.

• Create mood boards and visual references to convey the design vision.

• Produce 3D visualizations of the proposed office design.

• Offer practical advice for executing the design effectively.

• Compile a list of suggested furniture, décor, and materials for procurement.

• Modify the design based on management feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in interior design, office design, or commercial space planning.

• Background in creating modern, clean, and professional interior spaces.

• Capability to develop an office design from inception.

• Essential experience in producing 3D visualizations.

• Strong understanding of functional office layouts and workplace design principles.

• Ability to work remotely using provided photos, videos, measurements, and floor plans.

• Skill in delivering realistic, practical, and actionable design solutions.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen visual aesthetic.

• Proficiency in presenting ideas effectively through mood boards, references, layouts, and visualizations.

• Fluent in Ukrainian and/or English and/or Russian.

• Availability to start immediately or in the near future.
