Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Each Intelligence Analyst is a key member of a DarkTower Intelligence Cell, tasked with delivering open-source cyber intelligence to our clients, guided by collection topics and strategies deemed most pertinent to their brand.

• Exhibit strong research, analytical, and communication abilities by effectively recognizing potential threats, assessing levels of risk, and generating actionable intelligence reports tailored to various audiences.

• Utilize professional presentation skills by reviewing and presenting information to team members and company leadership.

• Convert technical indicators into understandable terms for laypersons.

• Collaborate closely with other segments of the intelligence team when critical threats are detected to pinpoint suitable solutions.

• Demonstrate a passion for technology and threat identification, with the ability to swiftly learn new investigative techniques and technical solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability to work an average of twenty hours per week, which includes ten hours during office hours (9-5 CT).

• Completion of at least one year of college or equivalent credit hours, and CURRENTLY MATRICULATING.

• A minimum GPA of 3.0 overall or in relevant coursework.

• Preferred experience or education of at least one year as an Intelligence Analyst.

• Demonstrated analytical and report writing capabilities.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable engaging in technical discussions with analysts and strategic conversations with senior executives.

• Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.

• Capable of managing competing priorities and operating effectively under pressure.

• Inquisitive, energetic, and persistent.

• Proactive in staying informed about evolving industry trends.

• Coding experience is a plus, and adaptability to new technologies is essential.

• Proficiency in multiple spoken and written languages is advantageous.
